viene da irelanda per 4 giorni e speriamo lo sci domenica o lunedi ? il tempo fa caldo  ... pensate possiamo sciare questa weekend?? o possiblemente a prato spilla ma in webcam poco neve .....

I can try write in english but sorry, sure i will put a lots grammar error inside also if i stayed 5 month in Dublin after my degree in the may 2001, very often i went in temple bar and less to study...

My host family surname is Macmahon after went in Italy in 2002 buyed the house for holiday in Lunigiana, near Licciana Nardi  in Fivizzano, precise Agnino village : they are very happy!!!!

 

Yes, sure  Cerreto Laghi will be  open and also if in the last 20 days was very hot in the slopes there are good snow level because last 9-10  march came 2 meter of snow...

Probabily the weter is ok also because saturday forecast say snow...

Cerreto Laghi is very nice, village is at 1.350 meter on see level and up on La Nuda mountain arrive until 1.900 meters!

To Licciana Nardi is very easy arrive up, 40 minutes max.

In this restaurant (  C'era Una Volta - on the street to Cerreto later Aulla Village ) the cousine is wonderful and owner speak very well english, in Lunigiana is not so easy...

Ciao Miriano, thanks for the reply...sorry for my bsd italiano. we have skied at cerreto 1 day at christmas but it was very difficult and we are not good enough to look after our 6 year old on the main pist down to the lake.... he goes too fast!!!

is there still snow at zum zeri ... it loos easier....

today there is snow in irelanda del nord !!! many cars stuck last night ...

also you can ski in Ireland !!!!

i saw on another post that after the second ski lift the slopes are easier ... but the problem is to get us back down without a crash !!

thanks Simone, Miriano's english is better than mine. !! i think maybe we try to book a lesson for all 3 of us to go up the mountain... Alex is quite good now but unlike us has no fear...normal for 6 year old....and if he goes fast maybe we can't keep up and he falls.....
i have sent email to try to book lesson and if no relpy i will try to phone but my italian is not so good and it is difficult....

don't worry for sky in Cerreto Laghi: there are a good teach ski man, probabily i'm free 1 hour for you!!!
 

Joke anyway after first skilift ( seggiovia quadriposto ) there is another skilift ( seggiovia triposto ) where there are slopes easier and later if you want can return to lake on first skilift!!!

Mark i'm looking forecast now, it's difficult because is spring but should be snow up 1200 mt in Appennino....Cerreto Laghi is at 1.350 mt....we must hope!!!

Probabily i will go in Castenovo from Cerreto during easter day while i will ski the days after, monday and thusday.

Anyway now you have more snow than in Licciana Nardi...
